- Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping Options: We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping may be available for certain promotions or on orders that meet a minimum purchase requirement.
- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping. International shipping fees, delivery times, and import duties or taxes will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their country.

- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
